Drones 101: Piloting Fundamentals

Always wanted to fly a drone but don’t know where to start? Drones 101 is for you! This 2 hour training will get you started with all the basics and in no time you will be flying the DJI Mavic Pro and exploring SMART flight modes. The best part is that all the footage you capture is yours to keep!

We start this class with a lecture on rules/regulations, setups, settings, checklist, and other things to know related to safety, as safety is our #1 priority. After the lecture, we get you out on the field for some hands-on training! At the end of this course, students will have the fundamental skills and knowledge to safely pilot drones. This course is held in person with hands-on flying in the field.
